Valmieras festivāls

FESTIVAL
Thinking about centenary of Latvia, Valmiera Summer Theatre Festival 2018 is built with an emphasis on development, seeking the vision of future development of human and soul, of civilization and city. At the same time it continues to discover new scenes in the urban environment and to bring forward artistic challenges both in content and form.
This year festival offers the widest range of performances up to now. There will be premiers of long forms, musical theatre, children and family shows, contemporary opera – at least 10 different titles all-in-all.
Concurrently – the already traditional open air movie nights, creative, sporty and intellectual activities, musical nights by the fire and gastronomic adventures.
