SYNOPSIS

“Jaunība” (Youth) is a project that celebrates Latvian poetry of the last two decades. Through music, played by a live band, and spoken word (actress Agnese Budovska) the project explores themes outlined in poems written by young (or formerly young) poetesses and poets: loneliness, love, abandonment, longing.
